Why am I not getting my free pack as the affiliate?

The most common reasons an affiliate reward hasn't been issued are:

• The referred player did not apply your code at signup or within 48 hours of creating their account, for affiliate, creator, or partner codes.
• The referred player has not installed the Tilt Rips mobile app, or has not opened it from an eligible jurisdiction.
• The referred player has not completed SMS phone verification in the app.
• The referred player has not passed device verification, for example their device is rooted, jailbroken, emulated, or running a modified version of the app.
• The referred player's account is not their first and only Tilt Rips account.
• The phone number used by the referred player has already been associated with another Tilt Rips account.
• The referred player's device has already been used to claim another new-user reward.
• Your own device has not passed device verification, which is required for a Referrer to be eligible for referral rewards.
• A daily or lifetime referral limit on your account has been reached.
• The reward is on a short review hold while fraud and verification checks complete.

If you believe you've met all of the requirements and the reward still hasn't been issued, contact support with your Tilt Rips username and the referred player's username.
