Why am I not getting my free pack as the affiliate?

The referred player must complete the free pack campaign requirements for the affiliate reward to be issued. Common reasons the affiliate pack is not awarded include:

• The player did not sign up through your affiliate link
• The player deposited or ripped using crypto instead of fiat
• The player did not complete their first rip within the 24-hour eligibility window
• The player has not yet deposited and ripped a pack

Until those requirements are met, the affiliate free pack will not be issued.
