Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern participation in the FREEPACK10 promotional campaign offered by TiltRips ("TiltRips", "we", "our", or "us"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms together with the TiltRips Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable platform rules.

Eligible users who register a new TiltRips account using the promotional code FREEPACK10 and complete a qualifying purchase may receive one (1) complimentary pack valued at approximately USD $10 (the "Free Pack").

The Free Pack may contain digital collectibles, prizes, or rewards in accordance with the standard TiltRips pack mechanics.

The promotion begins on the date announced by TiltRips and remains available until withdrawn, modified, or terminated by TiltRips at its sole discretion.

To participate, users must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Successfully create a new TiltRips account.
• Enter the promotional code FREEPACK10 during registration or have the code automatically applied through an approved promotional landing page.
• Complete a qualifying purchase through an approved fiat payment method.
• Comply with all TiltRips Terms of Service.

The promotion is limited to one (1) Free Pack per person, household, payment method, and device.

To qualify for the Free Pack, a user must:

• Register a new account using the FREEPACK10 promotional code;
• Complete a qualifying purchase through the designated TiltRips purchase flow; and
• Successfully complete payment using an approved fiat payment method.

Purchases funded through cryptocurrency deposits do not qualify for this promotion.

TiltRips reserves the right to restrict eligible payment methods at any time.

Upon completion of a qualifying purchase:

• The Free Pack will be credited to the user's account.
• Users may receive an in-platform notification, promotional banner, or account message directing them to claim the Free Pack.
• The Free Pack may appear with a "Free" designation until claimed.
• The Free Pack has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Failure to claim the Free Pack within any specified promotional period may result in forfeiture.

• The promotional code FREEPACK10 may only be used once per eligible user.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with other registration, welcome, referral, or acquisition promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Lost or forgotten codes may be manually entered during registration if available.
• TiltRips reserves the right to invalidate codes obtained through unauthorized distribution channels.

TiltRips reserves the right to investigate all promotional activity.

Users may be disqualified if TiltRips reasonably determines that they have:

• Created multiple accounts;
• Used false or misleading identity information;
• Attempted to circumvent promotion limits;
• Used automated systems, scripts, bots, or other unfair methods;
• Engaged in payment abuse, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity; or
• Violated the TiltRips Terms of Service.

Where abuse is identified, TiltRips may revoke promotional rewards, suspend accounts, cancel purchases, or permanently restrict platform access.

Contents of packs, including Free Packs, are randomized according to the applicable pack rules and published odds.

Any advertised prize values represent potential outcomes only and do not guarantee a specific reward.

References to prize values, including promotional statements such as "win up to $85,000," represent the maximum potential value of eligible items available within designated packs and should not be interpreted as guaranteed winnings.

TiltRips may require identity verification, payment verification, or enhanced due diligence procedures before awarding, releasing, or allowing redemption of any promotional rewards.

Failure to successfully complete required verification procedures may result in forfeiture of promotional eligibility.

TiltRips is not responsible for:

• Internet connectivity issues;
• Device malfunctions;
• Browser incompatibilities;
• Third-party payment processor failures;
• Delayed notifications; or
• Any technical error affecting participation.

TiltRips reserves the right to correct errors, void affected transactions, or modify promotional outcomes where necessary to preserve fairness and platform integrity.

TiltRips may amend, suspend, restrict, or terminate this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including for:

• Fraud prevention;
• Technical issues;
• Legal or regulatory requirements;
• Security concerns; or
• Circumstances beyond TiltRips' reasonable control.

Any changes will not affect rewards already validly earned before the change takes effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiltRips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the promotion.

These Promotion Terms supplement the TiltRips Terms of Service.

In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the general TiltRips Terms of Service, these Promotion Terms shall govern solely with respect to this promotion.
