Why is my withdrawal taking so long?

Due to the high volume of withdrawals we process, we aim to complete all withdrawals within 1–3 hours. In most cases, when there is no error with the selected payment method, withdrawals should reach a final resolution within a maximum of 24 hours.

If you have reached out to our support and are told it has been processed, please remain patient as it may just not yet be reflecting in your account. In some cases there are delays beyond our control which sometimes vary depending on which institution you use.
