What do shipment statuses mean?

  • Requested — We've received your shipment request. Your cards are reserved and waiting to enter the packing queue.
  • Preparing — Your cards are being pulled from inventory, packed, and readied for the carrier. Most shipments spend the majority of their fulfillment time here. Our stated fulfillment window is up to 6 weeks from request for this stage.
  • Shipped — Your package has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned. You'll see the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and tracking number on the shipment page. It can take 24–48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear.
  • Delivered — The carrier has confirmed delivery to your address. If tracking shows Delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out to Support.
  • Check your account for the latest status and tracking information. Support is not able to provide shipping updates faster than what appears on your account, so stay tuned there for status and tracking details.

When to contact Support: your shipment has been Preparing for more than 6 weeks, tracking shows Delivered but nothing arrived, you need to cancel a shipment that hasn't yet shipped, or carrier tracking has been stalled with no scans for 7+ days.
