Why is my code invalid or not working?

If you see a message that your code is invalid or it won't apply, common reasons include:

• The code is expired or not active
• Your account does not meet the account age / eligibility window (for example, more than 24 hours between registration and first rip)
• You deposited and ripped using crypto instead of a fiat method
• The code has reached its maximum number of claims

If you do not meet the requirements for a promotional code — including eligibility rules or claim limits — the free pack will not be issued.
