Why is my code invalid or not working?

Tilt Rips no longer issues a promo code for a free pack at signup, including the older FREEPACK10 code, which is retired. The free pack is now claimed by verifying your account in the Tilt Rips mobile app.

To claim your free pack:

1. Install the Tilt Rips app on a supported device.
2. Open the app from an eligible jurisdiction.
3. Complete SMS phone verification in the app on that device.

If you've already completed those steps and your free pack hasn't appeared, your reward may be on a short review hold while our risk and verification checks complete. If it still hasn't been issued after that, contact support with your username and the phone number you verified with and we'll take a look.

If you're entering a referral code, make sure:

• The code is a currently valid Tilt Rips referral code (and not a self-referral).
• You're entering it within 48 hours of creating your Tilt Rips account for codes belonging to an affiliate, creator, or partner, unless the specific promotion says otherwise.
• The device and phone number you're using haven't already been used to claim another new-user reward.
