I don't see a user tagged under my affiliate

If a customer you referred doesn't appear under your affiliate campaign, the most common reasons are:

• They haven't entered your code yet. For affiliate, creator, or partner codes, a referred user has up to 48 hours after creating their Tilt Rips account to apply your code, unless Tilt Rips specifies a different window. Before they apply it, they won't appear under you.
• They were already attributed to another Referrer. Each account can only be attributed to one Referrer, and once validly attributed it cannot be re-attributed.
• They haven't completed verification yet. Attribution is tracked, but visible referral activity typically appears after they complete SMS and device verification in the app.
• The code wasn't valid at the time of entry, for example expired, or applied after the 48-hour window.

If the user signed up and the 48-hour window has passed without them applying your code, they can still be treated as an organic signup and claim the Sign-Up Promotion themselves, but they can no longer be attributed to your referrer account.

If you believe a player should be tagged under you but isn't, contact support with your username and theirs.
