The Weekend Warrior Race promotion and the Weekday 4x4 Race promotion—each a "Promotion"—are sponsored by Tilt Rips LLC—"Tilt Rips," "Sponsor," "we," "us" or "our." These Official Rules apply to each Promotion separately.

By participating, each participant agrees to:

1. these Official Rules;
2. the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions;
3. the Tilt Rips Privacy Policy; and
4. Sponsor's reasonable decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion.

If these Official Rules conflict with the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions, these Official Rules will control solely in relation to the applicable Promotion.

Weekday War Race Effective Date: July 27, 2026

The Weekday War Race promotion—the "Promotion"—is sponsored by Tilt Rips LLC—"Tilt Rips," "Sponsor," "we," "us" or "our." These Official Rules apply to the Weekday War Race separately.

For the Weekday War Race, if these Official Rules conflict with the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions, these Official Rules will control solely in relation to this Promotion.

The Weekend Warrior Race begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on July 17, 2026 and ends at 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 19, 2026.

The Weekday 4x4 Race begins at 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 19, 2026 and ends at 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 23, 2026.

The period of the applicable Promotion is its "Promotion Period." References in these Official Rules to the Promotion Period mean the Promotion Period of the applicable Promotion.

Only qualifying activity completed and recorded by Tilt Rips during the applicable Promotion Period will count toward that Promotion. Tilt Rips' systems and records are the official timekeeping and calculation method for each Promotion.

The Weekday War Race begins at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 27, 2026 and ends at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 30, 2026.

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who:

• are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• hold a valid Tilt Rips account in their own name;
• are physically located in a jurisdiction where the Promotion and applicable Tilt Rips services are permitted;
• successfully complete any identity, age, location, payment, tax or compliance verification requested by Tilt Rips; and
• comply with these Official Rules and the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Employees, officers and directors of Tilt Rips, and anyone directly involved in administering the Promotion, are not eligible.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants may not use a VPN, location-masking technology or false information to conceal or misrepresent their identity or location.

For the Weekday War Race, participants must not be located in, or resident of, Italy, Romania, Spain, Czechia or Lithuania.

The Weekday War Race is not currently available in Italy, Romania, Spain, Czechia or Lithuania; Tilt Rips may update the list of excluded jurisdictions at any time by updating the Promotion page.

Eligible participants may compete in the following categories:

A. Highest Total Pack Spend

Awarded to the participant with the highest total amount spent on Qualifying Packs during the Promotion Period.

Only amounts actually paid and successfully settled will count. Promotional credits, discounts, refunds, cancelled transactions, reversals and chargebacks will not count toward total spend.

B. Most Packs Opened

Awarded to the participant who opens the greatest number of Qualifying Packs during the Promotion Period.

Each pack counts as one pack, regardless of its purchase price, unless otherwise stated on the Promotion page.

C. Most Valid Referrals

Awarded to the participant responsible for the greatest number of Valid Referrals completed during the Promotion Period.

D. Highest Multiplier

Awarded to the participant who achieves the highest verified multiplier on a single Qualifying Pack opening during the Promotion Period.

For this category, the "multiplier" means the value of the collectible or collectibles received from a single Qualifying Pack opening, divided by the purchase price of that pack, each as calculated and recorded by Tilt Rips' systems. Tilt Rips' records are final for the purpose of determining multipliers.

Weekday War Race. Eligible participants may compete in the following category:

A. Highest Total Pack Spend

Awarded to the participant with the highest total amount spent on Qualifying Packs during the Weekday War Race Promotion Period.

Only amounts actually paid and successfully settled will count. Promotional credits, discounts, refunds, cancelled transactions, reversals and chargebacks will not count toward total spend.

A "Qualifying Pack" is an eligible pack that is successfully purchased and opened through TiltRips.com during the Promotion Period.

The following will not count:

• cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged-back transactions;
• transactions involving payment fraud or unauthorized payment methods;
• packs opened through test, employee, promotional or administrative accounts;
• transactions or openings generated through bots, scripts or automation;
• activity resulting from a technical error, exploit or manipulation; or
• activity that otherwise breaches these Official Rules or the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Packs opened using prize credits or other promotional credits:

• will not count toward Highest Total Pack Spend;
• will not count toward Most Packs Opened; and
• will not count toward Highest Multiplier.

For the Weekday War Race, transactions paid in whole or in part using PayPal, Venmo or any other payment method identified on the Promotion page as ineligible for this Promotion will not count.

For the Weekday War Race, packs opened using prize credits or other promotional credits will not count toward Highest Total Pack Spend.

A "Valid Referral" means a genuine new Tilt Rips customer who:

• has not previously created, held or controlled a Tilt Rips account;
• registers using the participant's valid referral link or referral code during the Promotion Period;
• completes all required account and identity verification;
• completes at least one paid pack purchase and opening during the Promotion Period; and
• remains in good standing through completion of the Promotion verification process.

The following will not count as Valid Referrals:

• self-referrals;
• duplicate or linked accounts;
• referrals involving members of the same household, device or payment method where Tilt Rips reasonably suspects promotional abuse;
• false or fabricated identities;
• bots, scripts or automated registrations;
• recycled, stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• registrations resulting from misleading, unlawful or unauthorized marketing; or
• transactions that are cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back.

A referral will be attributed according to Tilt Rips' internal tracking records. Referral links or codes added after registration may not be recognized.

The Weekday War Race does not include a referral category.

Tilt Rips may display provisional leaderboard results during the Promotion Period.

Leaderboard information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Displayed positions are not final and may be delayed, incomplete or adjusted following:

• verification reviews;
• fraud or account-linking reviews;
• refunds, reversals or chargebacks;
• referral validation;
• technical reconciliation; or
• correction of errors.

Final results will be based on Tilt Rips' internal records after the Promotion Period ends.

If two or more participants achieve the same result in a category, the participant who first achieved that result, according to Tilt Rips' records, will rank higher.

A participant may win more than one main category prize.

Weekend Warrior Race. The Weekend Warrior Race has a total advertised prize pool of US$50,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits, with a maximum individual main prize of US$10,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits.

The Weekend Warrior Race prize allocation is:

Weekday 4x4 Race. The Weekday 4x4 Race has a total prize pool of US$15,400 in Tilt Rips pack credits, with a maximum individual main prize of US$5,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits. Marketing materials for the Weekday 4x4 Race may describe the prize pool as $15,000 for simplicity; the actual total prize pool is US$15,400, and the allocation below controls.

The Weekday 4x4 Race prize allocation is the following for each of the four categories (Highest Total Pack Spend, Most Packs Opened, Most Valid Referrals and Highest Multiplier):

In addition, the Weekday 4x4 Race includes a Grand Prize of $5,000 in pack credits, as described below.

Grand Prize. In each Promotion, a participant who finishes in 1st place in at least three of the four Promotion categories will receive an additional prize (the "Grand Prize"): $10,000 in pack credits for the Weekend Warrior Race, or $5,000 in pack credits for the Weekday 4x4 Race. A maximum of one Grand Prize will be awarded per Promotion. If no participant finishes in 1st place in at least three of the four categories in a Promotion, that Promotion's Grand Prize will not be awarded.

Bounties. The following bounties are expressly added to these Official Rules for the Weekend Warrior Race only: a participant who pulls a designated "Top Prize Card" (as identified on the Promotion page) from a Qualifying Pack during the Weekend Warrior Race Promotion Period will receive a bounty of $1,000 in pack credits for each designated Top Prize Card pulled. No bounties apply to the Weekday 4x4 Race unless separately announced and expressly added to these Official Rules.

Any bounty must be announced by Tilt Rips with clear, objective achievement criteria. A bounty based solely on a random pack result, pull, card or multiplier is not part of a Promotion unless separately approved and expressly added to these Official Rules.

All dollar amounts refer to the stated value of Tilt Rips pack credits and not to a cash payment.

Weekday War Race. The Weekday War Race has a total advertised prize pool of US$20,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits, with a maximum individual main prize of US$8,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits.

The Weekday War Race prize allocation is:

For clarity, the Weekday War Race does not include the Grand Prize or bounties described above.

Prize credits:

• are personal and non-transferable;
• cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged or withdrawn for cash;
• may be used only for eligible pack openings or other uses expressly permitted by Tilt Rips;
• are subject to the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions;
• expire in accordance with those Terms unless a different expiry period is expressly stated on the Promotion page; and
• may be withheld, cancelled or recovered where they were awarded because of fraud, manipulation, technical error, a chargeback or a breach of these Official Rules.

Collectibles obtained from packs opened using prize credits may be vaulted, listed, redeemed, sold or withdrawn only as permitted under the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Applicable buyback availability, pricing, fees, minimums, identity verification, withdrawal conditions and geographic restrictions continue to apply. Receipt of prize credits does not guarantee that any particular collectible can be sold or withdrawn for cash.

Payment method availability: some payment methods are only available to you if you have previously made a deposit using that method. For example, PayPal and Venmo will only be offered as payout or withdrawal options if you have previously deposited with PayPal or Venmo. If you have not deposited using a particular payment method, that method may not appear as an available option for you. In addition, purchases made using PayPal or Venmo are not eligible for the Weekday War Race.

All leaderboard positions and potential winners are provisional until verified by Tilt Rips.

A potential winner may be required to:

• verify their identity, age, address and account ownership;
• complete KYC, sanctions, fraud and payment checks;
• provide tax information or other legally required documentation;
• confirm that all qualifying transactions were made using an authorized payment method; and
• sign an eligibility, liability, tax or publicity declaration where permitted by law.

Tilt Rips may contact potential winners through their registered email address or Tilt Rips account.

A potential winner who fails to respond within 72 hours, fails verification or is found to be ineligible may be disqualified. The applicable prize may then be awarded to the next eligible participant.

Verified prizes will ordinarily be credited within 10 business days after final results are confirmed.

Winners are responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations arising from the receipt or use of a prize.

Tilt Rips may investigate and disqualify any participant reasonably suspected of:

• creating or controlling multiple accounts;
• sharing or transferring accounts;
• using bots, scripts, automation or artificial traffic;
• engaging in self-referrals or fake referrals;
• colluding or coordinating with other participants;
• manipulating pack openings, transactions, referrals or leaderboard results;
• exploiting a bug, pricing error or technical malfunction;
• using stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• making improper refund or chargeback requests;
• providing false identity, age or location information;
• harassing other participants or Tilt Rips personnel; or
• otherwise acting unfairly or breaching these Official Rules or the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Tilt Rips may remove affected activity, recalculate results, disqualify participants, withhold or revoke prizes and suspend or close associated accounts.

Tilt Rips may correct typographical, calculation, display, tracking or technical errors affecting the Promotion or leaderboard.

Tilt Rips is not responsible for delayed, lost or incorrectly recorded participation caused by internet outages, device failures, payment processor issues, interrupted connections or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where a material technical issue, fraud event, legal requirement or other circumstance prevents the Promotion from operating fairly or as intended, Tilt Rips may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary.

Tilt Rips will not reduce or revoke a prize that has been validly earned and finally verified except where required by law or where the prize resulted from fraud, breach, chargeback, manipulation or error.

Except where prohibited by law, each winner agrees that Tilt Rips may publish their username, first name and last initial, leaderboard position and prize amount in connection with announcing and promoting the Promotion results.

Tilt Rips will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips' reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, qualifying activity, referrals, rankings, multipliers, ties, prohibited conduct, verification and compliance with these Official Rules are final and binding.

The governing-law, informal dispute-resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver provisions contained in the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion and are incorporated into these Official Rules.

These Monday Madness Tournament Supplemental Terms and Conditions supplement the TiltRips Terms and Conditions and apply specifically to the Monday Madness Tournament.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Monday Madness Tournament Supplemental Terms and Conditions (the “Supplemental Terms”) govern participation in the Monday Madness Tournament (the “Tournament”) offered by TiltRips LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“TiltRips,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By participating in the qualification period, qualifying for, or competing in the Tournament, you agree to these Supplemental Terms, the TiltRips Terms and Conditions (the “Platform Terms”), the TiltRips Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or notices published in connection with the Tournament.

These Supplemental Terms supplement the Platform Terms. If there is a conflict, these Supplemental Terms control solely with respect to the Tournament.

2. Tournament Period

The Tournament consists of a qualification period followed by a live elimination tournament.

• Qualification begins: July 29, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”)
• Qualification ends: August 2, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. PT

Only eligible ripping activity completed during the qualification period will count. The live Tournament date will be announced on the Tournament page or through related promotional communications. TiltRips may change the schedule for operational, technical, or legal reasons.

3. Qualification

TiltRips’ internal records control all qualification determinations.

The top thirty-two (32) eligible users ranked by total qualifying U.S. dollar Ripping Volume during the qualification period will qualify for the Tournament.

“Ripping Volume” means the total U.S. dollar value of eligible packs validly purchased and opened during the qualification period. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, or voided transactions do not count. Qualification does not guarantee a prize.

TiltRips may remove any participant or activity associated with fraud, abuse, technical error, prohibited conduct, or a violation of the Platform Terms or these Supplemental Terms. If a qualifier is removed or fails verification, TiltRips may invite the next-highest eligible participant.

4. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher;
• Have an active TiltRips account in good standing;
• Be located in a jurisdiction where participation is lawful;
• Satisfy any identity, age, sanctions, payment, source-of-funds, tax, anti-money-laundering, or other compliance requirements requested by TiltRips; and
• Remain eligible under the Platform Terms.

Eligibility determinations are made solely by TiltRips.

5. Tournament Format

The Tournament is expected to consist of five single-elimination rounds:

• Round of 32: 6:00–6:30 p.m. PT
• Round of 16: 7:00–7:30 p.m. PT
• Quarterfinals: 8:00–8:30 p.m. PT
• Semifinals: 9:00–9:30 p.m. PT
• Finals: 10:00–10:30 p.m. PT

During each round, participants may open eligible packs. Only eligible cards pulled during the applicable round window will be considered. Participants will be ranked by the highest-value eligible card pulled during that round. The top fifty percent (50%) of participants in each round will advance, and eliminated participants may not continue. The Finals will determine the winner and runner-up based on the highest-value eligible card pulled during that round. TiltRips’ system records control.

6. Card Valuation

Card value will be determined exclusively by TiltRips using its internal valuation method. TiltRips may consider marketplace pricing, recent comparable sales, grading, internal pricing data, liquidity, scarcity, and other reasonable criteria. All valuations are final and binding. Later changes in market value will not affect Tournament results.

7. Prizes

• Winner: One luxury watch selected by TiltRips.
• Runner-up: One professionally graded trading card (“Slab”) selected by the runner-up, with a maximum retail value of US$5,000, subject to availability.

Prizes may be sourced from a reputable marketplace, dealer, or auction platform. If a selected prize is unavailable, TiltRips may substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater retail value. No cash alternative will be provided unless required by law. Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or assigned.

8. Winner Verification and Forfeiture

All results are provisional until verified. TiltRips may require verification of identity, age, account ownership, payment method, anti-money-laundering compliance, source of funds, sanctions status, tax information, or other eligibility criteria.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. If a participant is disqualified, TiltRips may award the applicable placement or prize to the next-highest eligible participant.

9. Prize Delivery

After successful verification, TiltRips will arrange prize delivery within a commercially reasonable period. Delivery may be made directly by TiltRips or through an authorized dealer, marketplace, or other third party. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

10. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, duties, fees, or charges associated with participation or receipt of a prize. TiltRips may require tax forms or report prize information as required by law.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Using multiple, duplicate, or linked accounts;
• Transferring or attempting to transfer qualification status;
• Using bots, scripts, automation, spoofing, VPNs, or geolocation manipulation;
• Manipulating ripping activity, card results, rankings, or platform systems;
• Providing false or misleading information;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods;
• Colluding with other participants; or
• Otherwise violating these Supplemental Terms or the Platform Terms.

TiltRips may investigate suspected misconduct, aggregate linked accounts, cancel activity, disqualify participants, void results, withhold or recover prizes, suspend or terminate accounts, and take any other lawful action.

12. Errors, Suspension and Cancellation

TiltRips may correct typographical, display, leaderboard, valuation, tracking, technical, or operational errors. TiltRips may suspend, restrict, modify, postpone, or cancel the Tournament due to fraud, abuse, security concerns, technical failure, legal or regulatory requirements, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

A finally verified prize will not be affected except in cases of fraud, manipulation, duplicate allocation, payment reversal, material error, or other lawful grounds.

13. Publicity and Privacy

Except where prohibited by law, a verified winner grants TiltRips permission to use their username, first name and last initial, general location, Tournament results, and prize description for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the TiltRips Privacy Policy and may be disclosed to service providers, tax authorities, regulators, carriers, insurers, identity-verification providers, or others as reasonably necessary to administer the Tournament and deliver prizes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiltRips and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from qualification, participation, rankings, verification, valuation, prize fulfillment, or related matters.

Nothing in these Supplemental Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Decisions; Governing Law and Disputes

TiltRips’ reasonable decisions concerning qualification, eligibility, rankings, valuation, tie-breakers, verification, fraud, prize fulfillment, and compliance are final and binding.

The governing-law, informal dispute-resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver provisions in the Platform Terms apply to the Tournament and are incorporated into these Supplemental Terms.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The $75,000 Tilt Triple Crown (“Promotion”) is a promotional competition offered by TiltRips (“TiltRips”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Promotion consists of three separate leaderboard competitions:

• The Grail Gorilla – Most USD Spent
• The Pack Pony – Most Packs Opened
• The Multiplier Monkey – Highest Multiplier

A total of $75,000 in Pack Credits will be awarded across the three leaderboards.

The Bounty Baboon is a separate promotional offer and does not form part of the $75,000 Tilt Triple Crown prize pool.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 10:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:00 PM PT (“Promotion Period”).

Only qualifying activity completed during the Promotion Period will count toward the Promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to eligible TiltRips users worldwide, regardless of country of residence, provided that participation is not prohibited by applicable law.

Participants must:

• be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• have a valid TiltRips account in good standing;
• comply with the TiltRips Terms and Conditions and any applicable account verification requirements; and
• not be prohibited by applicable law from participating in the Promotion or using TiltRips.

It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

4. QUALIFYING PACKS

All packs, regardless of purchase price, qualify for the Promotion, subject to the other requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

Packs priced below $10 count toward all three leaderboards.

Only packs validly purchased and opened through TiltRips during the Promotion Period will qualify.

Refunded, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions will not count toward the Promotion.

5. THE GRAIL GORILLA

The Grail Gorilla leaderboard ranks eligible participants according to the highest total qualifying USD amount spent on eligible packs during the Promotion Period.

The five highest-ranking eligible participants will receive:

• 1st Place: $21,000 in Pack Credits
• 2nd Place: $14,000 in Pack Credits
• 3rd Place: $8,000 in Pack Credits
• 4th Place: $6,000 in Pack Credits
• 5th Place: $4,000 in Pack Credits

Total Grail Gorilla prize pool: $53,000.

6. THE PACK PONY

The Pack Pony leaderboard ranks eligible participants according to the total number of qualifying packs opened during the Promotion Period.

All pack prices count, including packs priced below $10.

The five highest-ranking eligible participants will receive:

• 1st Place: $4,000 in Pack Credits
• 2nd Place: $3,000 in Pack Credits
• 3rd Place: $2,000 in Pack Credits
• 4th Place: $1,000 in Pack Credits
• 5th Place: $1,000 in Pack Credits

Total Pack Pony prize pool: $11,000.

7. THE MULTIPLIER MONKEY

The Multiplier Monkey leaderboard ranks eligible participants according to the highest qualifying multiplier achieved from an eligible pack opened during the Promotion Period.

All pack prices qualify, including packs priced below $10.

The five highest-ranking eligible participants will receive:

• 1st Place: $4,000 in Pack Credits
• 2nd Place: $3,000 in Pack Credits
• 3rd Place: $2,000 in Pack Credits
• 4th Place: $1,000 in Pack Credits
• 5th Place: $1,000 in Pack Credits

Total Multiplier Monkey prize pool: $11,000.

8. PRIZE FORMAT AND PACK CREDIT REQUIREMENT

All prizes under the Promotion will be awarded exclusively as Pack Credits.

Pack Credits cannot be directly withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.

All Pack Credits awarded under the Promotion must first be used to purchase and open packs on TiltRips before any resulting value may become eligible for withdrawal.

Any cards, items, proceeds, balances or other value obtained from packs opened using promotional Pack Credits may thereafter be redeemed or withdrawn subject to the TiltRips Terms and Conditions, applicable withdrawal rules, account verification requirements and any other applicable platform requirements.

9. LEADERBOARD DETERMINATION

Leaderboard positions will be calculated using TiltRips’ internal records and systems.

Any leaderboard displayed during the Promotion Period is provisional and may be updated or corrected before final verification.

Final rankings will be determined following the end of the Promotion Period and verification of all relevant qualifying activity.

In the event of a tie, TiltRips may use the time at which the relevant qualifying result or total was first achieved as the tie-breaking criterion, with the participant who achieved the result first ranking higher.

10. VERIFICATION

All winners and qualifying activity are subject to verification by TiltRips before prizes are awarded.

TiltRips may request reasonable information or documentation necessary to verify a participant’s identity, account eligibility, qualifying transactions, Promotion activity or compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

No prize will be considered final until the relevant participant and qualifying activity have been successfully verified.

11. FAIR PLAY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Participants must participate fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the TiltRips Terms and Conditions.

Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion, leaderboards, pack activity, transactions, card values or results is prohibited.

TiltRips may disqualify a participant, remove qualifying activity or withhold or revoke a prize where it reasonably determines that the participant has engaged in fraud, collusion, multiple-account abuse, technical manipulation, exploitation of an error or malfunction, artificial or non-genuine transactions, or any other activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage.

12. ERRORS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

TiltRips reserves the right to correct any leaderboard, calculation, pack value, multiplier, prize allocation or other result affected by an obvious error, technical malfunction, system issue or incorrect data.

Where a technical or operational issue materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, TiltRips may take reasonable steps to restore the intended operation of the Promotion.

13. PRIZE AWARDING

Subject to verification, prizes will be credited to the relevant winner’s TiltRips account as Pack Credits.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their account remains active and in good standing and that any requested verification requirements are completed.

Prizes are non-transferable between users or accounts unless expressly permitted by TiltRips.

14. TAXES

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations or other liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, redemption or withdrawal of any prize or resulting value, to the extent required by applicable law.

15. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION

TiltRips reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical failures, legal or regulatory requirements, events outside TiltRips’ reasonable control or other circumstances that materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

Where reasonably practicable, any material changes will be communicated through the TiltRips platform or other appropriate channels.

16. GENERAL

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Promotion Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the general TiltRips Terms and Conditions.

The Bounty Baboon promotion is separate from the $75,000 Tilt Triple Crown and is subject to its own promotional terms.

TiltRips’ records will be used to determine qualifying purchases, packs opened, multipliers, rankings and prize eligibility, subject to correction in the event of manifest or technical error.

Any matter not expressly addressed in these Terms and Conditions will be determined by TiltRips acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Bounty Baboon (“Promotion”) is a promotional offer provided by TiltRips.

During the Promotion Period, eligible users who pull qualifying Pikachu or Gold Star cards may receive additional Pack Credits.

This Promotion is separate from, and does not form part of, the $75,000 Tilt Triple Crown prize pool.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 10:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:00 PM PT.

Only qualifying cards pulled during the Promotion Period will be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to eligible TiltRips users worldwide, regardless of country of residence, provided participation is not prohibited by applicable law.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, have an account in good standing and comply with the TiltRips Terms and Conditions.

4. QUALIFYING PACKS

Cards pulled from all packs, regardless of purchase price, qualify for the Promotion, subject to the other requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

This includes packs priced below $10.

5. BOUNTY REWARDS

Eligible participants will receive:

• $500 in Pack Credits for every Pikachu card pulled with a value of $5,000 or greater; and
• $500 in Pack Credits for every Gold Star card pulled with a value of $5,000 or greater.

Each separate qualifying card pull is eligible for the applicable $500 reward, subject to verification.

The relevant card must be pulled from an eligible pack during the Promotion Period.

6. CARD VALUATION

For the purposes of determining whether a card meets the $5,000 minimum value requirement, the applicable card value will be determined using the value attributed to the card by TiltRips at the time of the qualifying pull or such other reasonable valuation methodology applied by TiltRips.

7. PACK CREDITS

All Bounty Baboon rewards will be issued exclusively as Pack Credits.

Pack Credits cannot be directly withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.

Pack Credits must first be used to purchase and open packs on TiltRips before any resulting value may become eligible for withdrawal.

Any cards, items, proceeds, balances or other value obtained from packs opened using promotional Pack Credits may thereafter be redeemed or withdrawn subject to the TiltRips Terms and Conditions, applicable withdrawal rules and account verification requirements.

8. VERIFICATION AND FAIR PLAY

All qualifying pulls and rewards are subject to verification by TiltRips.

TiltRips may withhold or revoke a reward where it reasonably determines that the relevant activity resulted from fraud, collusion, multiple-account abuse, technical manipulation, exploitation of an error or malfunction, artificial transactions or other conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage.

Refunded, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions will not qualify.
