TiltRips Promotional Races & Tournaments — Official Rules

Effective Date: July 17, 2026 (amended July 19, 2026)

The Weekend Warrior Race promotion and the Weekday 4x4 Race promotion—each a "Promotion"—are sponsored by Tilt Rips LLC—"Tilt Rips," "Sponsor," "we," "us" or "our." These Official Rules apply to each Promotion separately.

By participating, each participant agrees to:

1. these Official Rules;
2. the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions;
3. the Tilt Rips Privacy Policy; and
4. Sponsor's reasonable decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion.

If these Official Rules conflict with the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions, these Official Rules will control solely in relation to the applicable Promotion.

Weekday War Race Effective Date: July 27, 2026

The Weekday War Race promotion—the "Promotion"—is sponsored by Tilt Rips LLC—"Tilt Rips," "Sponsor," "we," "us" or "our." These Official Rules apply to the Weekday War Race separately.

For the Weekday War Race, if these Official Rules conflict with the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions, these Official Rules will control solely in relation to this Promotion.

The Weekend Warrior Race begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on July 17, 2026 and ends at 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 19, 2026.

The Weekday 4x4 Race begins at 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 19, 2026 and ends at 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 23, 2026.

The period of the applicable Promotion is its "Promotion Period." References in these Official Rules to the Promotion Period mean the Promotion Period of the applicable Promotion.

Only qualifying activity completed and recorded by Tilt Rips during the applicable Promotion Period will count toward that Promotion. Tilt Rips' systems and records are the official timekeeping and calculation method for each Promotion.

The Weekday War Race begins at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 27, 2026 and ends at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 30, 2026.

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who:

• are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• hold a valid Tilt Rips account in their own name;
• are physically located in a jurisdiction where the Promotion and applicable Tilt Rips services are permitted;
• successfully complete any identity, age, location, payment, tax or compliance verification requested by Tilt Rips; and
• comply with these Official Rules and the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Employees, officers and directors of Tilt Rips, and anyone directly involved in administering the Promotion, are not eligible.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants may not use a VPN, location-masking technology or false information to conceal or misrepresent their identity or location.

For the Weekday War Race, participants must not be located in, or resident of, Italy, Romania, Spain, Czechia or Lithuania.

The Weekday War Race is not currently available in Italy, Romania, Spain, Czechia or Lithuania; Tilt Rips may update the list of excluded jurisdictions at any time by updating the Promotion page.

Eligible participants may compete in the following categories:

A. Highest Total Pack Spend

Awarded to the participant with the highest total amount spent on Qualifying Packs during the Promotion Period.

Only amounts actually paid and successfully settled will count. Promotional credits, discounts, refunds, cancelled transactions, reversals and chargebacks will not count toward total spend.

B. Most Packs Opened

Awarded to the participant who opens the greatest number of Qualifying Packs during the Promotion Period.

Each pack counts as one pack, regardless of its purchase price, unless otherwise stated on the Promotion page.

C. Most Valid Referrals

Awarded to the participant responsible for the greatest number of Valid Referrals completed during the Promotion Period.

D. Highest Multiplier

Awarded to the participant who achieves the highest verified multiplier on a single Qualifying Pack opening during the Promotion Period.

For this category, the "multiplier" means the value of the collectible or collectibles received from a single Qualifying Pack opening, divided by the purchase price of that pack, each as calculated and recorded by Tilt Rips' systems. Tilt Rips' records are final for the purpose of determining multipliers.

Weekday War Race. Eligible participants may compete in the following category:

A. Highest Total Pack Spend

Awarded to the participant with the highest total amount spent on Qualifying Packs during the Weekday War Race Promotion Period.

Only amounts actually paid and successfully settled will count. Promotional credits, discounts, refunds, cancelled transactions, reversals and chargebacks will not count toward total spend.

A "Qualifying Pack" is an eligible pack that is successfully purchased and opened through TiltRips.com during the Promotion Period.

The following will not count:

• cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged-back transactions;
• transactions involving payment fraud or unauthorized payment methods;
• packs opened through test, employee, promotional or administrative accounts;
• transactions or openings generated through bots, scripts or automation;
• activity resulting from a technical error, exploit or manipulation; or
• activity that otherwise breaches these Official Rules or the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Packs opened using prize credits or other promotional credits:

• will not count toward Highest Total Pack Spend;
• will not count toward Most Packs Opened; and
• will not count toward Highest Multiplier.

For the Weekday War Race, transactions paid in whole or in part using PayPal, Venmo or any other payment method identified on the Promotion page as ineligible for this Promotion will not count.

For the Weekday War Race, packs opened using prize credits or other promotional credits will not count toward Highest Total Pack Spend.

A "Valid Referral" means a genuine new Tilt Rips customer who:

• has not previously created, held or controlled a Tilt Rips account;
• registers using the participant's valid referral link or referral code during the Promotion Period;
• completes all required account and identity verification;
• completes at least one paid pack purchase and opening during the Promotion Period; and
• remains in good standing through completion of the Promotion verification process.

The following will not count as Valid Referrals:

• self-referrals;
• duplicate or linked accounts;
• referrals involving members of the same household, device or payment method where Tilt Rips reasonably suspects promotional abuse;
• false or fabricated identities;
• bots, scripts or automated registrations;
• recycled, stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• registrations resulting from misleading, unlawful or unauthorized marketing; or
• transactions that are cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back.

A referral will be attributed according to Tilt Rips' internal tracking records. Referral links or codes added after registration may not be recognized.

The Weekday War Race does not include a referral category.

Tilt Rips may display provisional leaderboard results during the Promotion Period.

Leaderboard information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Displayed positions are not final and may be delayed, incomplete or adjusted following:

• verification reviews;
• fraud or account-linking reviews;
• refunds, reversals or chargebacks;
• referral validation;
• technical reconciliation; or
• correction of errors.

Final results will be based on Tilt Rips' internal records after the Promotion Period ends.

If two or more participants achieve the same result in a category, the participant who first achieved that result, according to Tilt Rips' records, will rank higher.

A participant may win more than one main category prize.

Weekend Warrior Race. The Weekend Warrior Race has a total advertised prize pool of US$50,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits, with a maximum individual main prize of US$10,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits.

The Weekend Warrior Race prize allocation is:

Weekday 4x4 Race. The Weekday 4x4 Race has a total prize pool of US$15,400 in Tilt Rips pack credits, with a maximum individual main prize of US$5,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits. Marketing materials for the Weekday 4x4 Race may describe the prize pool as $15,000 for simplicity; the actual total prize pool is US$15,400, and the allocation below controls.

The Weekday 4x4 Race prize allocation is the following for each of the four categories (Highest Total Pack Spend, Most Packs Opened, Most Valid Referrals and Highest Multiplier):

In addition, the Weekday 4x4 Race includes a Grand Prize of $5,000 in pack credits, as described below.

Grand Prize. In each Promotion, a participant who finishes in 1st place in at least three of the four Promotion categories will receive an additional prize (the "Grand Prize"): $10,000 in pack credits for the Weekend Warrior Race, or $5,000 in pack credits for the Weekday 4x4 Race. A maximum of one Grand Prize will be awarded per Promotion. If no participant finishes in 1st place in at least three of the four categories in a Promotion, that Promotion's Grand Prize will not be awarded.

Bounties. The following bounties are expressly added to these Official Rules for the Weekend Warrior Race only: a participant who pulls a designated "Top Prize Card" (as identified on the Promotion page) from a Qualifying Pack during the Weekend Warrior Race Promotion Period will receive a bounty of $1,000 in pack credits for each designated Top Prize Card pulled. No bounties apply to the Weekday 4x4 Race unless separately announced and expressly added to these Official Rules.

Any bounty must be announced by Tilt Rips with clear, objective achievement criteria. A bounty based solely on a random pack result, pull, card or multiplier is not part of a Promotion unless separately approved and expressly added to these Official Rules.

All dollar amounts refer to the stated value of Tilt Rips pack credits and not to a cash payment.

Weekday War Race. The Weekday War Race has a total advertised prize pool of US$20,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits, with a maximum individual main prize of US$8,000 in Tilt Rips pack credits.

The Weekday War Race prize allocation is:

For clarity, the Weekday War Race does not include the Grand Prize or bounties described above.

Prize credits:

• are personal and non-transferable;
• cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged or withdrawn for cash;
• may be used only for eligible pack openings or other uses expressly permitted by Tilt Rips;
• are subject to the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions;
• expire in accordance with those Terms unless a different expiry period is expressly stated on the Promotion page; and
• may be withheld, cancelled or recovered where they were awarded because of fraud, manipulation, technical error, a chargeback or a breach of these Official Rules.

Collectibles obtained from packs opened using prize credits may be vaulted, listed, redeemed, sold or withdrawn only as permitted under the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Applicable buyback availability, pricing, fees, minimums, identity verification, withdrawal conditions and geographic restrictions continue to apply. Receipt of prize credits does not guarantee that any particular collectible can be sold or withdrawn for cash.

Payment method availability: some payment methods are only available to you if you have previously made a deposit using that method. For example, PayPal and Venmo will only be offered as payout or withdrawal options if you have previously deposited with PayPal or Venmo. If you have not deposited using a particular payment method, that method may not appear as an available option for you. In addition, purchases made using PayPal or Venmo are not eligible for the Weekday War Race.

All leaderboard positions and potential winners are provisional until verified by Tilt Rips.

A potential winner may be required to:

• verify their identity, age, address and account ownership;
• complete KYC, sanctions, fraud and payment checks;
• provide tax information or other legally required documentation;
• confirm that all qualifying transactions were made using an authorized payment method; and
• sign an eligibility, liability, tax or publicity declaration where permitted by law.

Tilt Rips may contact potential winners through their registered email address or Tilt Rips account.

A potential winner who fails to respond within 72 hours, fails verification or is found to be ineligible may be disqualified. The applicable prize may then be awarded to the next eligible participant.

Verified prizes will ordinarily be credited within 10 business days after final results are confirmed.

Winners are responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations arising from the receipt or use of a prize.

Tilt Rips may investigate and disqualify any participant reasonably suspected of:

• creating or controlling multiple accounts;
• sharing or transferring accounts;
• using bots, scripts, automation or artificial traffic;
• engaging in self-referrals or fake referrals;
• colluding or coordinating with other participants;
• manipulating pack openings, transactions, referrals or leaderboard results;
• exploiting a bug, pricing error or technical malfunction;
• using stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• making improper refund or chargeback requests;
• providing false identity, age or location information;
• harassing other participants or Tilt Rips personnel; or
• otherwise acting unfairly or breaching these Official Rules or the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Tilt Rips may remove affected activity, recalculate results, disqualify participants, withhold or revoke prizes and suspend or close associated accounts.

Tilt Rips may correct typographical, calculation, display, tracking or technical errors affecting the Promotion or leaderboard.

Tilt Rips is not responsible for delayed, lost or incorrectly recorded participation caused by internet outages, device failures, payment processor issues, interrupted connections or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where a material technical issue, fraud event, legal requirement or other circumstance prevents the Promotion from operating fairly or as intended, Tilt Rips may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary.

Tilt Rips will not reduce or revoke a prize that has been validly earned and finally verified except where required by law or where the prize resulted from fraud, breach, chargeback, manipulation or error.

Except where prohibited by law, each winner agrees that Tilt Rips may publish their username, first name and last initial, leaderboard position and prize amount in connection with announcing and promoting the Promotion results.

Tilt Rips will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips' reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, qualifying activity, referrals, rankings, multipliers, ties, prohibited conduct, verification and compliance with these Official Rules are final and binding.

The governing-law, informal dispute-resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver provisions contained in the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion and are incorporated into these Official Rules.
