Tilt Ticket — Official Rules

All promotion terms

The Tilt Ticket promotion—the “Promotion”—is sponsored by Tilt Rips LLC—“Tilt Rips,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us” or “our.”

By participating, each participant agrees to:

these Official Rules;

the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions;

the Tilt Rips Privacy Policy; and

Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion.

If these Official Rules conflict with the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions, these Official Rules will control solely in relation to this Promotion.

Tilt Ticket is offered as a daily pack drop. For each daily drop, the queue opens at 3:45 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and the drop begins at 4:01 PM PT.

Only activity completed and recorded by Tilt Rips during the applicable daily drop will count. Tilt Rips’ systems and records are the official timekeeping and calculation method for the Promotion.

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who:

· are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;

· hold a valid Tilt Rips account in their own name;

· are physically located in a jurisdiction where the Promotion and applicable Tilt Rips services are permitted;

· are not located in, or resident of, any jurisdiction prohibited under our general terms and conditions, including, without limitation, Italy, Romania, Spain, Czechia or Lithuania;

· successfully complete any identity, age, location, payment, tax or compliance verification requested by Tilt Rips; and

· comply with these Official Rules and the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Employees, officers and directors of Tilt Rips, and anyone directly involved in administering the Promotion, are not eligible.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants may not use a VPN, location-masking technology or false information to conceal or misrepresent their identity or location.

Each daily Tilt Ticket drop consists of 200 packs at US$50 per pack.

Eligible participants may enter the queue beginning at 3:45 PM PT. Purchase opportunities will be allocated randomly beginning at 4:01 PM PT.

Entering the queue does not guarantee that a participant will be selected or receive an opportunity to purchase a Tilt Ticket pack.

Participants selected in the initial draw have 120 seconds to purchase one (1) Tilt Ticket pack. All purchase opportunities issued after the initial draw allow 60 seconds, including reallocated offers and offers issued after joining or rejoining the queue. If a purchase is not completed within the applicable period, the opportunity may expire and be allocated to another participant.

After completing a purchase, a participant may rejoin the queue for additional purchase opportunities, subject to availability.

A participant may purchase a maximum of five (5) Tilt Ticket packs per daily drop.

Tilt Rips’ systems and records determine queue participation, random allocation, purchase opportunities, purchase timing and pack availability.

The eligible participant who purchases the final pack of the applicable daily Tilt Ticket drop will receive one (1) US$500 Tilt Treasure Pack at no additional charge.

The reward is a Tilt Treasure Pack with an advertised pack value of US$500. It is not a US$500 cash prize and cannot be exchanged for US$500 in cash.

Tilt Ticket may be advertised as offering 110% average card value.

The 110% figure refers to the average card value across the applicable Tilt Ticket pack offering. It does not guarantee the value of any individual pack or collectible and does not guarantee that any participant will make a profit, recover the pack purchase price or receive a collectible worth at least US$50.

Individual pack and collectible values will vary.

Eligible collectibles obtained from Tilt Ticket packs may qualify for a 100% buyback based on the applicable collectible’s market value, subject to the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions and applicable buyback rules.

The 100% buyback applies to the eligible collectible’s applicable market value and does not mean that Tilt Rips guarantees repayment of 100% of the US$50 Tilt Ticket pack purchase price.

Applicable buyback availability, pricing, fees, minimums, identity verification, withdrawal conditions and geographic restrictions continue to apply.

All purchase opportunities, purchases and rewards are subject to verification by Tilt Rips.

A participant may be required to verify their identity, age, address, account ownership and payment method and complete KYC, sanctions, fraud, payment, tax or other compliance checks.

Tilt Rips may investigate and disqualify any participant reasonably suspected of:

· creating or controlling multiple accounts;

· sharing or transferring accounts;

· using bots, scripts or automation to enter or manipulate the queue;

· manipulating purchase opportunities or pack availability;

· exploiting a bug, pricing error or technical malfunction;

· using stolen or unauthorized payment methods;

· making improper refund or chargeback requests;

· providing false identity, age or location information; or

· otherwise acting unfairly or breaching these Official Rules or the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Tilt Rips may remove affected activity, cancel purchase opportunities or rewards and suspend or close associated accounts.

Tilt Rips may correct typographical, calculation, display, queue, allocation, tracking or technical errors affecting the Promotion.

Tilt Rips is not responsible for delayed, lost or incorrectly recorded participation caused by internet outages, device failures, payment processor issues, interrupted connections or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where a material technical issue, fraud event, legal requirement or other circumstance prevents the Promotion from operating fairly or as intended, Tilt Rips may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any reward.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips’ reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, queue participation, random allocation, purchases, rewards, prohibited conduct, verification and compliance with these Official Rules are final and binding.

The governing-law, informal dispute-resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver provisions contained in the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion and are incorporated into these Official Rules.
