125% Raw Card Shipping Offer – Terms

1. Eligibility
This offer is available to eligible Tilt Rips users with pending shipments of raw (single) cards affected by the current shipping backlog. The offer does not apply to graded cards, sealed products or other items.
2. 125% Offer
Eligible users may cancel their pending raw-card shipment and receive an amount equal to 125% of the value of the applicable cards as withdrawable account balance. The balance may also be used on Tilt Rips.
3. Deadline
Users must make their selection by September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT using the selection method provided in the offer email.
4. No Response
If we do not receive a selection by the deadline, the applicable shipment will be cancelled, the cards will be returned to Tilt Rips, and the user will receive the 125% amount as withdrawable account balance.
5. Continuing with Shipment
Users who elect to keep their shipment will remain in the shipping queue and their cards will be shipped once processing resumes.
6. Final Election
Once an election or automatic cancellation has been processed, it cannot be reversed, except at Tilt Rips' discretion.
7. General
Tilt Rips may reasonably modify, suspend or terminate this offer where necessary due to error, fraud, technical issues or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. These terms supplement the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.
8. Missed Deadline Protection
Where reasonably possible, a user whose shipment was automatically cancelled after missing the deadline may request to repurchase the same card at the same card value that applied at the time of cancellation, subject to the card remaining available in Tilt Rips' inventory.
