Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern participation in the FREEPACK10 promotional campaign offered by TiltRips ("TiltRips", "we", "our", or "us"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms together with the TiltRips Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable platform rules.

Eligible new users who register a TiltRips account using the promotional code FREEPACK10 and complete a Qualifying First Deposit may receive one (1) complimentary pack valued at approximately USD $10 (the "Free Pack").

Where an eligible new user registers through an approved TiltRips referral link or referral code, the eligible TiltRips user who made the referral may also receive one (1) Free Pack after the referred user completes all applicable promotional requirements.

Free Packs may contain digital collectibles, prizes, or rewards in accordance with the standard TiltRips pack mechanics.

The promotion begins on the date announced by TiltRips and remains available until withdrawn, modified, or terminated by TiltRips in accordance with these Promotion Terms.

To participate as a new user, you must:

• be at least eighteen (18) years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• be located in, and be a legal resident of, the United States, Canada, Australia, or the United Kingdom, the only countries in which the FREEPACK10 promotion and the Refer-A-Friend referral reward are available;
• successfully create a new TiltRips account in your own name;
• enter the promotional code FREEPACK10 during registration or have the code automatically applied through an approved promotional landing page;
• complete a Qualifying First Deposit through an approved fiat payment method;
• successfully complete any account, identity, location, payment, tax, or compliance verification requested by TiltRips; and
• comply with these Promotion Terms and all applicable TiltRips platform terms.

The new-user Free Pack is limited to one (1) per person, household, payment method, and device.

To be eligible for the FREEPACK10 promotion or the Refer-A-Friend referral reward, the new user's TiltRips account must be less than twenty-four (24) hours old at the time all promotional requirements are completed. In addition, promotional eligibility applies only to the first pack opened ("ripped") on the account; if any other pack is opened first, eligibility for the Free Pack is forfeited.

Employees, officers, and directors of TiltRips, and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion, are not eligible. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Italy, Romania, Spain, Czechia, and Lithuania are currently restricted countries. Persons located in, or resident of, any of these countries may not participate in this promotion for the time being.

A "Qualifying First Deposit" is the first successful deposit made into a new TiltRips account that:

• is completed through the designated TiltRips deposit flow;
• is funded using an approved fiat payment method;
• is successfully settled and not cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back; and
• complies with these Promotion Terms and the TiltRips Terms of Service.

No minimum deposit amount applies to this promotion.

Deposits funded using cryptocurrency do not qualify.

PayPal and Venmo are not promotion-eligible payment methods. Deposits made using PayPal or Venmo will not constitute a Qualifying First Deposit.

TiltRips may restrict eligible payment methods where reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-processing reasons.

An existing eligible TiltRips user may receive one (1) Free Pack for each Valid Referral.

A "Valid Referral" means a genuine new user who:

• has not previously created, held, or controlled a TiltRips account;
• registers through the referring user's approved TiltRips referral link or referral code;
• uses the FREEPACK10 promotional code or has it automatically applied through the approved referral flow;
• completes a Qualifying First Deposit;
• successfully completes all required account, identity, location, payment, tax, and compliance verification; and
• remains in good standing through completion of TiltRips' promotional verification process.

The referral must be properly recorded by TiltRips' systems when the referred user registers. Referral links or codes generally cannot be added, changed, or reassigned after registration.

The referring user's Free Pack will be credited only after the referred user has completed and passed all applicable promotional and verification requirements.

There is no limit to the number of referral Free Packs an eligible referring user may earn, provided that each reward results from a separate Valid Referral and all activity complies with these Promotion Terms.

Referral rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• self-referrals are prohibited;
• duplicate, linked, fraudulent, fabricated, or coordinated accounts do not qualify;
• referrals involving the same person, false identity information, unauthorized payment methods, bots, scripts, automation, or promotional abuse do not qualify;
• a referred user may be attributed to only one referring user;
• each Valid Referral may generate only one referral Free Pack; and
• a referral Free Pack may be withheld, cancelled, or revoked if the referred user's deposit is cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent or abusive.

Upon completion and verification of the applicable promotional requirements:

• the eligible new user's Free Pack will be credited to the new user's TiltRips account; and
• where applicable, the referring user's Free Pack will be credited to the referring user's TiltRips account.

Users may receive an in-platform notification, promotional banner, email, or account message directing them to claim or open the Free Pack.

The Free Pack may appear with a "Free" designation until claimed. Free Packs are personal, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Failure to claim or open a Free Pack within any claim period clearly disclosed by TiltRips may result in forfeiture.

The promotional code FREEPACK10 may be used only once by each eligible new user.

The FREEPACK10 promotion may be used together with the official TiltRips referral program solely for the purpose of awarding the new-user and referring-user Free Packs described in these Promotion Terms.

The promotion may not be combined with any other registration, welcome, acquisition, referral, or promotional offer unless TiltRips expressly states otherwise.

Where the registration process permits, the promotional code may be entered manually during registration. TiltRips is not required to apply a promotional code or referral attribution after registration has been completed.

TiltRips may invalidate promotional codes or referral links obtained, distributed, or used through unauthorized, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful channels.

TiltRips may investigate all promotional and referral activity.

A user may be disqualified if TiltRips reasonably determines that the user has:

• created, held, controlled, or assisted with multiple accounts;
• used false, misleading, or incomplete identity, location, or payment information;
• attempted to circumvent promotional limits or verification requirements;
• used automated systems, scripts, bots, artificial traffic, or other unfair methods;
• engaged in self-referrals, fabricated referrals, coordinated account activity, payment abuse, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity; or
• violated the TiltRips Terms of Service or any applicable law or platform rule.

Where abuse is identified or reasonably suspected, TiltRips may withhold or revoke promotional rewards, reverse referral attribution, suspend or close accounts, cancel affected transactions, or permanently restrict platform access, subject to applicable law.

The contents of packs, including Free Packs, are randomized in accordance with the applicable pack rules and published odds.

Any advertised prize or item values represent potential outcomes only and do not guarantee that a user will receive any specific collectible, prize, reward, or value.

References to prize values, including promotional statements such as "win up to $85,000," refer to the maximum potential value of eligible items available within designated packs and must not be interpreted as guaranteed winnings.

Any collectible, prize, reward, redemption, sale, withdrawal, buyback, or other transaction resulting from a Free Pack remains subject to the TiltRips Terms of Service, including applicable verification, availability, valuation, fee, minimum, and geographic restrictions.

TiltRips may require identity verification, age verification, location verification, payment verification, tax information, sanctions screening, or enhanced due diligence before awarding, releasing, or permitting the use, redemption, sale, or withdrawal of any promotional reward.

Failure to successfully complete any required verification may result in delay, withholding, or forfeiture of promotional eligibility or rewards.

Please note that certain payment methods, including PayPal and Venmo, can only be used to withdraw or redeem funds if you have previously made a successful deposit using that same payment method. If you have not deposited with a particular payment method, that method will not be available to you for withdrawals or redemptions.

TiltRips is not responsible for:

• internet connectivity issues;
• device malfunctions;
• browser incompatibilities;
• third-party payment processor failures;
• delayed, lost, or failed notifications;
• incorrect referral tracking caused by user error or unsupported settings; or
• any other technical error affecting participation that is outside TiltRips' reasonable control.

TiltRips may correct typographical, display, tracking, calculation, or technical errors, void affected activity, and adjust promotional outcomes where reasonably necessary to preserve fairness, security, and platform integrity.

TiltRips may amend, suspend, restrict, or terminate this promotion where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• fraud or promotional abuse;
• technical or payment-processing issues;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• security or platform-integrity concerns; or
• circumstances beyond TiltRips' reasonable control.

Any change will not affect a Free Pack already validly earned and finally verified before the change takes effect, except where the reward resulted from fraud, abuse, error, reversal, refund, dispute, chargeback, or breach of these Promotion Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiltRips and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the promotion or the receipt, use, or inability to use a Free Pack or its contents.

Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Promotion Terms supplement the TiltRips Terms of Service.

If these Promotion Terms conflict with the TiltRips Terms of Service, these Promotion Terms will govern solely with respect to this promotion. All governing-law, dispute-resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver provisions in the TiltRips Terms of Service apply to this promotion.
