Boosted Value Packs — Official Rules

All promotion terms

The Boosted Value Packs promotion—the “Promotion”—is sponsored by Tilt Rips LLC—“Tilt Rips,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us” or “our.”

By participating, each participant agrees to:

these Official Rules;

the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions;

the Tilt Rips Privacy Policy; and

Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion.

If these Official Rules conflict with the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions, these Official Rules will control solely in relation to this Promotion.

The Promotion begins at 10:28 AM Pacific Time on August 25, 2026 and will continue until modified, suspended or terminated by Tilt Rips.

Only qualifying activity completed and recorded by Tilt Rips during the Promotion Period will count. Tilt Rips’ systems and records are the official timekeeping and calculation method for the Promotion.

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who:

· are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;

· hold a valid Tilt Rips account in their own name;

· are physically located in a jurisdiction where the Promotion and applicable Tilt Rips services are permitted;

· are not located in, or resident of, any jurisdiction prohibited under our general terms and conditions, including, without limitation, Italy, Romania, Spain, Czechia or Lithuania;

· successfully complete any identity, age, location, payment, tax or compliance verification requested by Tilt Rips;

· satisfy the applicable Rips Level and purchase requirements described below; and

· comply with these Official Rules and the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Employees, officers and directors of Tilt Rips, and anyone directly involved in administering the Promotion, are not eligible.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants may not use a VPN, location-masking technology or false information to conceal or misrepresent their identity or location.

Boosted Value Packs are available in the following pack types:

· Expert Pack – US$100; and

· Ultimate Pack – US$500.

Enhanced versions of each pack may be unlocked based on the participant’s Rips Level:

· + version: the average value of the cards across the applicable pack offering is 101% of the pack purchase price, unlocked at Rips Level 30;

· ++ version: the average value of the cards across the applicable pack offering is 102% of the pack purchase price, unlocked at Rips Level 35; and

· +++ version: the average value of the cards across the applicable pack offering is 103% of the pack purchase price, unlocked at Rips Level 45.

These percentages represent an average across the applicable pack offering. They do not mean that each individual pack will contain cards worth 101%, 102% or 103% of its purchase price. The value of the cards in an individual pack may be higher or lower, and no particular card value, profit or recovery of the purchase price is guaranteed.

A participant’s total purchases of Boosted Value Packs are generally limited to 20% of that participant’s lifetime spend on non-Boosted Value Packs.

The 20% purchase allowance is shared across all six Boosted Value Pack variants and is not a separate 20% allowance for each pack or variant.

Tilt Rips’ systems and records determine lifetime non-Boosted Value Pack spend and the resulting Boosted Value Pack purchase allowance.

A maximum of two (2) Boosted Value Packs may be purchased per order.

Availability may also be subject to inventory, account status, applicable Rips Level and other eligibility requirements.

The standard buyback for eligible collectibles obtained from Boosted Value Packs is currently 90% of the applicable collectible’s market value, subject to the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions and applicable buyback rules.

The 90% buyback applies to the eligible collectible’s applicable market value and does not mean that Tilt Rips will repay 90% of the Boosted Value Pack purchase price.

Applicable buyback availability, pricing, fees, minimums, identity verification, withdrawal conditions and geographic restrictions continue to apply.

Eligibility, Rips Level, qualifying spend and purchase allowances are subject to verification by Tilt Rips.

A participant may be required to:

· verify their identity, age, address and account ownership;

· complete KYC, sanctions, fraud and payment checks;

· confirm qualifying purchases and payment methods; and

· provide tax information or other legally required documentation.

Tilt Rips may investigate and disqualify any participant reasonably suspected of:

· creating or controlling multiple accounts;

· sharing or transferring accounts;

· using bots, scripts or automation;

· manipulating Rips Levels, qualifying spend or purchase allowances;

· exploiting a bug, pricing error or technical malfunction;

· using stolen or unauthorized payment methods;

· making improper refund or chargeback requests;

· providing false identity, age or location information; or

· otherwise acting unfairly or breaching these Official Rules or the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions.

Tilt Rips may remove affected activity, recalculate eligibility or purchase allowances, cancel purchases or benefits and suspend or close associated accounts.

Tilt Rips may correct typographical, calculation, display, tracking or technical errors affecting the Promotion.

Tilt Rips is not responsible for delayed, lost or incorrectly recorded participation caused by internet outages, device failures, payment processor issues, interrupted connections or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where a material technical issue, fraud event, legal requirement or other circumstance prevents the Promotion from operating fairly or as intended, Tilt Rips may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the Promotion or the purchase or use of a Boosted Value Pack.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips’ reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, qualifying spend, Rips Levels, purchase allowances, prohibited conduct, verification and compliance with these Official Rules are final and binding.

The governing-law, informal dispute-resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver provisions contained in the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion and are incorporated into these Official Rules.
